Policy

• Rescheduling can be made up to 14 days before your rental date. If rescheduled outside of this time-frame, you will be subject to 50% of the rental cost.

• Cancellations can be made up to 14 days before your rental date. If cancelled outside of this time-frame, you will be subject to  50% of the rental cost.

• A full refund will be issued if we are unable to reschedule your rental date due to availability.
