( T I P : Do not avoid this setup. Adjust the in-app exposure and white balance first — before turning on the light ring. Be mindful not to raise the exposure above 0 — which may result in blurry images. )

Once you've adjusted the in-app exposure & white balance settings — go ahead and adjust the dials on the back of the light ring.

(T I P : Adjust these settings accordingly for the best quality photos. Too much lighting will result in overblown highlights — with not enough lighting causing the opposite — dark & under lit photos. )
